Built by a Field Nation provider, for providers

Counter 50 work orders
in 30 minutes, not 3 hours.

CounterPilot scans your available Field Nation assignments and fires disciplined, rule-based counter offers on every one — while you're on a job, asleep, or booking the next gig. Your rate rules. Your number. Every order.

Free tier • No credit card • Set your rate rules once

By hand

~3 hrs

Open each order, read scope, decide a rate, type the labor + trip charge, submit. Times 50. Accuracy drifts as you tire.

VS

With CounterPilot

~30 min

One scan, your rate rules applied to all 50, submitted consistently. Job #50 gets the same sharp offer as job #1.

5–6×faster than manual
100%consistent rate logic
~2.5 hrssaved per batch

Stop leaving money on the table

Every un-countered order is a job that goes out at the buyer's price. CounterPilot makes sure your number is on every one.

🎯

Your rules, every time

Set your labor rate, trip charge, and floor once. CounterPilot applies them to every matching order — no rate fatigue, no lowball slips.

🔁

Batch the whole board

Scan every available assignment and counter them in one pass. What used to eat an afternoon now runs in a coffee break.

🛡️

You stay in control

Review the queue, set guardrails, approve as much or as little as you want. Full audit trail of every counter sent.

📍

Distance-aware

Factor drive distance into trip charges automatically so far jobs never go out underpriced.

⏱️

Win the speed race

The first sharp counter often wins the assignment. Get yours in before the provider three towns over even opens the order.

📈

Higher effective rate

Countering everything, consistently, pulls your average pay-per-order up over a season — not just the jobs you had time for.

Why we built this

"I run Field Nation work myself. I got tired of losing jobs I never had time to counter — and burning nights doing rate entry instead of real work. So I built the tool I needed. I use it every day."

CounterPilot isn't built by a marketing team guessing at your workflow. It's built by a working provider who lives the same board you do — and it ships the features that actually move your paycheck.

Straight answers

Is this against Field Nation's rules?

CounterPilot is a provider-controlled assistant — it applies your rate rules with human-in-the-loop approval and keeps a full audit trail of every action. You stay in control and within reasonable-use limits. We're building toward sanctioned, API-based integration wherever platforms offer it.

Do I lose control over my rates?

Never. You set every rule — labor rate, trip charge, distance floors — and can review or approve each counter before it sends. CounterPilot just makes sure your number goes out on every order, consistently.

How much time will I actually save?

On a 50-order batch, roughly 3 hours by hand becomes about 30 minutes — a 5–6× speedup. The bigger win is countering jobs you'd otherwise never get to, which lifts your average pay over a season.

What if I only work part-time?

Start on the free tier — up to 10 counters a month, no card. If Field Nation is your main income, Pro pays for itself the first time it wins you a job you'd have missed.

Will it work for my whole crew?

Yes — the Team plan adds seats, shared rule sets, and crew assignment so a dispatcher can run consistent counters across every tech.
